SHIPPING
As of Jan 2017 all orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). All parcels are insured & include tracking. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.


US POSTAGE RATES - priority mail

  • jewellery, artwork or small timber items - $10
  • multiple lightweight items or small ceramics - $15 
  • heavier ceramic items - $20
  • Greeting cards shipped free (no insurance or tracking)

EXPRESS SHIPPING (US only)
Express shipping is available for all purchases. After entering your shipping details at checkout, click 'continue' to show the delivery options. 

INTERNATIONAL RATES
Shipping is available to over 30 countries. If you don't see yours in the country drop-down menu at checkout, please email us & we'll get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote - hello@fallingforflorin.com.au


TRACKING NUMBER
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. When your receive your shipping confirmation the tracking number will be included with a direct link to the USPS tracking page. You can follow your parcel's journey anytime! 



DELIVERY TIMES
Dependent on location & size of parcel - the below delivery times are for standard shipping to metropolitan areas. Please note that these delivery times may vary. 

  • within the US: TBA  
  • International: TBA 

Remote locations within the US may take an extra 3-5 days for delivery. Remote international locations may take an extra 10 days for delivery.

If you are in a hurry, or semi-hurry, to receive your order we recommend upgrading to express shipping for peace of mind... & only for a few extra bucks. Express shipping is only available within the US. 


ADDRESSING YOUR PARCEL
Please ensure you fill in the correct shipping details at checkout. If you are having your order sent to a business address, please include the business name as well as your personal name. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed items due to an incorrect address. 


IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN, OR NOT AT ALL
We want to hear from you immediately if your parcel arrives damaged or never shows up! Your parcel is insured, so you are covered, but your happiness is important to us so we want to know about any postal mishaps - as rare as they are! Please email hello@fallingforflorin.com.au
