What to do
If you wish to return your purchase, please email us - email@example.com - within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
All purchases must be returned in unused as-new condition in their original packaging within 14 days of sale date. Any used or damaged goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Sorry, but there is no exchange or refund on sale items.
Returning your item
The postage cost of returning your order is covered by you, the buyer. Any item that arrives to us broken, or is lost in transit, is the buyer's responsibility - we highly recommend insurance & tracking, regardless of which carrier you use to return your item.
Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your initial email so we can put it aside while waiting for your parcel to return.
All exchanges are posted to you free of charge & within 2 business days of receiving your returned goods. We'll email you as soon as your exchange is shipped.
Once your return order is received & checked, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving goods. You'll receive an email as soon as your refund is issued. Please note that your payment may take 7-10 working days to process.
Refunds are for the purchase amount only - shipping charges are not reimbursed.
Please note - there is no refund or exchange on earrings.
If your item arrives damaged
We ensure all items are well protected with bubblewrap + rigid paper filler for boxes & mailers. Your item is insured so any in-transit breakages are covered by USPS. In the rare instance your item arrives damaged please contact us ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) so we can help you follow-up a claim with USPS. Please note that items are not covered if they break after they have been removed from their original packaging once received by you. Please unwrap all ceramic items with care!
we share hugs, not your personal info
Your email stays with us, & only us! When you sign up to the blog, subscribe to the newsletter, send us an email or make a purchase, your email address stays in a secure database for our eyes only. You can opt out of our database at any time via the unsubscribe button (at the bottom of our newsletters) or shoot us an email at email@example.com & let us know that you want to jump ship.
When you fill in your shipping address in the purchase-info form, it is seen only by us when your order notification is received & when your parcel is being labelled. Your address does not get recorded by our payment system - Stripe.
We never see your credit card info - ever! All payment information is processed securely by Stripe & they do not record or share your info. All Stripe transactions are made using fantabulous SSL encryption technology that safeguards your personal info.
For research purposes, visitor traffic to this website, blog & store is monitored via an analytics database. This info - where visitors come from & how long they stay here, looking around at the fab aussie-made goodness - is used solely for the purpose of measuring statistics. Sounds exciting, doesn't it? Research is great fun, if you're into it. This info is for us, and us only - remember, we only share hugs.
